PFW

For the first of my two PFWs that I am required to take to graduate from Texas State I took Scuba Diving. When I saw that Scuba Diving was an option for a PFW I was thrilled. It has always been something I’ve wanted to do and now I had an opportunity to do it.  Going in I wasn’t sure what to expect but after being in the class for five weeks now I know it was a great decision to take the class. So far we have just been in a pool going over drills and emergency procedures but the feeling of breathing under water is something everyone has to experience at least once in their life.  In two weeks the class is taking a trip to Huntsville to dive at blue lagoon to complete are diver certifications. I can’t wait because it will be our first time in a real body of water. Knowing that I’m having this much fun in a pool I can’t wait to get into a lake and check it out. Only down side is that after the trip the class is already over and I will have to pay to go dive more.
